Prelate Welcomes Poet Jacques Hagopian

On Friday, September 28, 2018, H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, welcomed the visit of poet and educator Jacques Hagopian, whose book poems was republished by the Prelacy just a few days prior. H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Vicar General, and Very Rev. Fr. Ghevont Pentezian, Parish Pastor of All Saints Church in Chicago, participated in the visit.

The Prelate took the opportunity to present the first copy of the newly published book to the author and wished him good health. Mr. Hagopian expressed thanks for the republication of his book and for all his works that the Prelacy has published over the last decade. The centenarian gave thanks to the Lord for this and all of his achievements and stated that he will continue to utilize the years and talents that God has blessed him with to create more literary works and spread His Word.

At the conclusion of the visit, the Prelate once again conveyed his well wishes to Mr. Hagopian and reaffirmed the Prelacy’s support and collaboration.
