Father'sDay“The righteous man walks in his integrity; His children are blessed after him” (Proverbs 20:7)

May the Lord Almighty bless our fathers with an abundance of health and happiness, and guide to in the fulfillment of their mighty responsibilities.

May the souls of our dearly departed fathers rest in peace in His eternal kingdom.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH

Each summer, the Pastors, Boards of Trustees, and Sunday Schools of a number of Prelacy parishes organize Vacation Bible Schools or summer camps where youth learn prayers, hymns, Bible stories, Armenian Church services and traditions, as well as engage in sports, games, music, and arts and crafts. We present the programs taking place this year:

Forty Martyrs Church (Orange County) Vacation Bible School will take place from June 20 – 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., for youth from Kindergarten to eighth grade.

St. Sarkis Church (Pasadena) Vacation Bible School will be held for four one-week sessions, starting the week of June 27. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for ages 3 and up.

Camp Shining Light, organized by Holy Cross Cathedral of Montebello, will take place from July 10 – 16, at Angeles Crest Christian Camp in Palmdale, for ages 6 to 16.

Holy Trinity Church (Fresno) Vacation Bible School will be held from July 24 – 28, from 9:00 a.m. to noon, for ages 4 and up.

We encourage our faithful to enroll their children in any of these fun yet educational and spiritually uplifting programs.
