On Saturday, October 22, 2022, H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate, presided over a Teachers Seminar at Holy Martyrs Armenian Church “Avedissian” hall, which was organized by the Board of Regents.
Welcoming remarks were delivered by Mrs. Tamar Tufenkian, Secretary of the Board of Trustees, and on behalf of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Sarkis Ourfalian, Chairman, delivered his heartfelt remarks.
Bishop Donoyan delivered his remarks, where he reflected upon the Holy Translators and the importance of the Armenian teacher and language upon the young generation of Armenian students. He also highly commended the Board of Regents for its meticulous work in organizing the seminar, the teachers present and for their dedication to the upbringing and education of new generations. The seminar included professional lectures and workshops.
