Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate, on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, celebrated Divine Liturgy and with the relics of the Holy Martyrs conducted the blessing of water at Holy Martyrs Armenian Church in Encino.
