On Monday morning, January 31, 2022, the extreme unction and the interment of the late Rev. Fr. Hrant Serabian took place at Holy Trinity Armenian Church in Fresno.
Under the auspices of H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate, H.E. Archbishop Yeprem Tabakian presided over the service (who had ordained Fr. Hrant into the priesthood in 1980,) accompanied by Very Rev. Fr. Muron Aznikian. The Divine Liturgy was conducted by the Holy Trinity Church Pastor Very Rev. Fr. Ashod Khatchadourian. The service was also attended by the former pastor of the parish, Archpriest Fr. Vahan Gosdanian.
Condolence remarks were delivered by Archbishop Tabakian on behalf of the Prelate and personally, followed by the remarks of the chairman of the Religious Council Very Rev. Fr. Muron Aznikian in English.
The late Rev. Fr. Hrant Serabian was laid to rest at Ararad Masis Cemetery in Fresno.
