It has been launched with the help of a $20 million donation from proceeds of the movie “The Promise” on the Armenian Genocide. The decision to contribute proceeds from the film was led by Dr. Eric Esrailian, lead producer of The Promise and a faculty member at the UCLA School of Medicine.

On behalf of H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, Rev. Fr. Movses Shannakian attended the reception.
