The Prelate Met with 12th Grade Students from Holy Martyrs Ferrahian High School

On Thursday, March 31, 2022, H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate, welcomed about 60 students from Holy Martyrs Ferrahian High School to the Western Prelacy, led by Principal Mrs. Sossi Shanlian, accompanied by teachers.

The Prelate greeted the students, then spoke to them about the importance of preserving the national identity of the Armenian people, emphasizing that the Armenian Church and language, as well as Armenian culture, are the main pillars for the preservation and survival of the Armenian people’s national identity.

During the meeting, the Prelate praised the attendance of the students and answered various questions which were posed by the students. He also commended them for being a part of the Holy Martyrs Ferrahian family and expounded on the ‘treasure’ that the students will take with them after graduation; a joy which is the realization of their national identity.

Thereafter, the Principal thanked the Prelate for his interest and attentiveness towards the students of Holy Martyrs Ferrahian High School. The students received mementos before their departure.
