On June 8, 2021, H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate, welcomed benefactors Mr. & Mrs. Bedig and Maro Fermanian to the Western Prelacy. The couple visited the Prelate to show their support to the Prelacy and especially to the Holy See of Cilicia Seminary. On this occasion, the couple generously donated one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to the Holy See of Cilicia Seminary.
The Prelate highly praised Mr. & Mrs. Bedig and Maro Fermanian, who have morally and financially supported the activities of our community in general and the mission of the Western Prelacy in particular. He commended the care shown by the benefactors and this recent donation was a welcomed and respected gesture, especially when the donation was made towards the Holy See of Cilicia Seminary.
The couple, in turn, wished long life upon His Holiness Aram I. Catholicos, and they believe that the Seminary continues to bring forth dedicated clergy which serve the spiritual lives of the Armenian faithful around the world. They also thanked the Prelate for creating this unique opportunity and for his guidance.
