On Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 5:00 PM, Very Rev. Fr. Zareh Sarkissian, Dean of St. Mary’s Church in Glendale, represented H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate of the Western Prelacy of the United States, at a special liturgical observance and ecumenical prayer service organized by the Armenian International Women’s Association (AIWA) and conveyed a heartfelt message from H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan. The inter-church prayer service was held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angeles in Los Angeles dedicated to the Armenians being held captive in Azerbaijan.
On Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 5:00 PM, Very Rev. Fr. Zareh Sarkissian also represented H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan at a special inter-church “Requiem service for the Unborn” held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angeles. The special requiem service was dedicated to honor the unborn and to affirm and to proclaim our belief in the sanctity of all human life.
