On Thursday, May 11, 2023, H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate, welcomed the 8th grade students from Rose & Alex Pilibos Armenian School to the Western Prelacy. Accompanying the students were Mrs. Maral Tavitian, Principal, and Armenian language teachers.
A short program was delivered by the students, which was followed by remarks made by some students.
Bishop Donoyan expressed his joy that the students paid a visit to the Western Prelacy, delivered a beautiful program and expounded the fact that in our cultural life, Rose & Alex Pilibos Armenian School is one of the leading pillars that preserves the Armenian Spiritual and cultural values. Continuing his remarks, the Prelate wished success upon the students.
Mrs. Tavitian delivered her remarks, thanking the Prelate for his constant attention, love and support he shows towards the Armenian student. Thereafter, on behalf of the school, the Chairman of the Student Council handed over a memento to the Prelate.
Following the visit, the students also received mementos from the Prelate.
