BY A LARGE MAJORITY OF THE VOTING REPRESENTATIVES

The Representative Assembly of the Western Prelacy of the United States on Friday, April 19th 2024, at 11:00 am, convened its 51 special assembly under presidency of Prelate, H.E. Archbishop Torkom Donoyan at the Holy Martyrs Church Avedisian Hall.
During this one-day special meeting, H.E. Archbishop Torkom Donoyan withdrew his name from the ballot after which voting commenced via secret ballot resulting in the following tabulation:, H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khatcherian 27 votes, Very Rev. Muron Aznikian 7 votes and 6 blank ballots.
On this occasion, H.E. Archbishop Torkom Donoyan, on behalf of the Western Prelacy, expressed his congratulations and pledged his full support to the newly elected Prelate, H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khatcherian, wishing his brother in Christ success in his God-pleasing mission as Prelate of the Western United States.
