On the morning of Wednesday, June 5, 2024, H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Prelate of the Western Prelacy of the United States, received a congratulatory visit from H.E. Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America, who was accompanied by Very Rev. Fr. Yeremia Abgaryan and Fr. Khajag Shahbazyan.
During their meeting, in an intimate atmosphere, the Archbishops united with a shared faith in Christ, engaged in discussions and exchanged ideas on a range of topics and issues impacting the Armenian community, while focusing on identifying common objectives to foster increased collaboration to strengthen the Armenian community’s presence within the United States, particularly in the spiritual, national, cultural and humanitarian realms.
H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, graciously accepted the congratulations extended by H.E. Archbishop Derderian, who wished him successful service in leading the Western Prelacy of the United States. In turn, H.E. Archbishop Khacherian extended his well-wishes to H.E. Archbishop Derderian wishing him continued strength, courage and perseverance in his service as Primate of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America.
