On Saturday evening, October 18, 2025, H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Prelate of the Western Prelacy of the United States, attended the 106th anniversary celebration of the Armenian Missionary Association of America (AMAA), held at the Jonathan Club in Los Angeles.
The event offered the Prelate an opportunity to become better acquainted with the AMAA’s leadership and areas of service, particularly in the Christian, educational, and humanitarian fields, both in Armenia and across the Armenian diaspora. It was also a meaningful occasion for H.E. Archbishop Khacherian to reconnect with long-time and new reverend friends.
Before leaving the celebration, H.E. Archbishop Khacherian congratulated AMAA’s newly appointed Executive Director, Mr. Serge D. Buchakjian, on his new role, commended the Association’s enduring service to Armenians worldwide, and conveyed his best wishes for the continued success of AMAA’s mission and future programs.
