Easter Visit To Ararat Home Brings Joy To Armenian Seniors

On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM, under the direction of H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Prelate of the Western Prelacy of the United States, and in keeping with an annual tradition, a delegation of Western Prelacy clergy visited Ararat Home in Mission Hills on the occasion of the Feast of the Holy Resurrection. Participating in the visit were Archpriest Fr. Razmig Khatchadourian, Archpriest Fr. Gomidas Torossian, and Rev. Fr. Arsen Kassabian, who uplifted the spirits of the Armenian seniors through Easter and Resurrection hymns, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.

The clergy were warmly received by the Chairman of the Executive Committee, Attorney Joseph Kanimian, and administrator, Mr. Derik Ghookasian. They first visited the medical wing of Ararat Home, where they performed the blessing of the home, and then proceeded to the residential section, offering wishes of health and long life to the Armenian residents while extending Easter greetings to all. Following prayers and singing of hymns, the clergy conveyed the fatherly blessings and Easter greetings of Archbishop Kegham Khacherian to the devoted Armenian senior residents.
