On Friday, February 14, 2020, H.E. Archbishop Moushegh Mardirossian, Prelate, welcomed the visit of ANCA-WR Board members Hermineh Pakhanians, Lina Davidian, Esq., and Raffi Sarkissian, and Director of Government Affairs Arsen Shirvanyan.
The purpose of the visit was to discuss the ANCA-WR’s recent activities with a focus on the upcoming Census in April. The guests reported on the work the ANCA-WR has undertaken to ensure an accurate count of Armenians and their collaboration with Armenian Churches, Schools, and community organizations in this regard through the Armenian American Complete Count Committee.
The Prelate commended the hard work of the ANCA-WR, noted that the Prelacy has been conveying the necessary information to parishes regarding the Census over the past few months and assured continued support and collaboration in this important endeavor.
