On the morning of Tuesday, April 7, 2026, H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Prelate of the Western Prelacy of the United States, received at the Prelacy Headquarters Dr. Eric Esrailian, benefactor of the Western Prelacy and recipient of the “Prince of Cilicia” medal. On this occasion, the Prelate presented Dr. Esrailian with a copy of the proclamation letter issued by His Holiness Catholicos Aram I in recognition of this honor.
Following the exchange of warm greetings, Archbishop Khacherian held a cordial discussion with Dr. Esrailian, who serves as the sponsor of this year’s Western Prelacy Christian Education Program. Their conversation focused on the continued development of the program, as well as broader efforts to strengthen spiritual and educational life within the community, with particular attention to preserving the Armenian-Christian identity of the younger generation and reinforcing their faith.
