On Friday, April 11, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Prelate of the Western Prelacy of the United States, visited the Armenian Apostolic Church Ecclesiastical Brotherhood Center, at the invitation of its Executive Body. Among those present were former Seminary students, including Hrayr Garabedian, as well as members of the faithful community.
Following a warm welcome by Brother Avo Kabakjouzian, Chairman of the Armenian Ecclesiastical Brotherhood, an evening service was held. At the conclusion of the service, H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian delivered his spiritual message, in which he emphasized the significance of the Lenten season, a sacred period during which the faithful are called to examine themselves, engage in spiritual reflection, and embark on a journey of return to God. The Prelate further reflected on the biblical foundation of the seven-week Lenten period, beginning with the Fall of Man and culminating in the glorious Resurrection of Christ. Commending the Armenian Ecclesiastical Brotherhood’s commitment to the doctrine, theology, and sacred traditions of the Armenian Church, H.E. Archbishop Khacherian encouraged the continued inclusion of the Armenian Church’s centuries-old, richly woven hymns alongside spiritual songs.
Following the service, H.E. Archbishop Khacherian attended a fellowship dinner hosted by the Armenian Ecclesiastical Brotherhood’s Executive Body.
