On Thursday, August 5, 2021, H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate, welcomed the visit of Azatuhi Simonyan, Advisor to the President of Artsakh on Diaspora Affairs.
On behalf of the president, government, and people of Artsakh, Ms. Simonyan expressed gratitude to the Western Prelacy, Prelate, and Armenian community of Los Angeles for their support and humanitarian endeavors following the 44-day Artsakh war. A conversation followed on the current state of Artsakh and the needs of the people.
The Prelate lauded Artsakh as a land of pride for the Armenian people and in our national life, stating, “We hope to carry on our support to the endurance and rebuilding of Artsakh through continued donations.”
