Renowned Folk Singer Nshan Jaghatspanyan Visits The Western Prelacy

On the morning of Friday, May 15, 2026, H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Prelate of the Western Prelacy of the United States, received a visit from renowned folk singer Mr. Nshan Jaghatspanyan, who extended his congratulations to the Prelate and presented him with a collection of CDs featuring his musical works.

During the visit, Archbishop Khacherian highly praised the accomplishments of the former Lebanese-Armenian singer and his more than fifty years of devoted service to Armenian national and folk music. The Prelate also commended Mr. Jaghatspanyan’s unique style and interpretation of beloved Armenian songs, through which he has touched generations of Armenian listeners.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Archbishop Khacherian wished Mr. Jaghatspanyan continued good health, success, and many more years of artistic contribution, and bestowed his fatherly blessings upon him.
