On Thursday, March 13, 2025, the Armenian Youth Association of California (AYAC), led by its President, Mr. Vartkes Tomassian, visited H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Prelate of the Western Prelacy of the United States, to extend their heartfelt congratulations on the 25th anniversary of his episcopal ordination.
During the visit, AYAC representatives shared warm congratulatory remarks and provided updates on their ongoing projects and annual initiatives. They also extended an invitation to H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian to attend and bless with his presence the upcoming annual performance of the Association’s Gomidas Choir.
H.E. Archbishop Khacherian expressed his appreciation for the kind and heartfelt sentiments and commended the guests for their dedication to the Armenian community through their administrative, organizational, and moral contributions. The Prelate emphasized the essential role of the Armenian Youth Association of California in preserving Armenian heritage and strengthening the connection of the community’s youth to their cultural and spiritual roots.
H.E. Archbishop Khacherian graciously accepted the invitation and affirmed his commitment to attending the upcoming Gomidas Choir’s performance. Concluding the meeting, the Prelate extended his well wishes to the visitors and bestowed his fatherly blessings upon them.
