On Friday, November 3, 2022, H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate, welcomed Ms. Nazeli Hampartsoumian and Mr. Garen Hovanissian, representatives of the Consulate General of Armenia in Los Angeles, to a meeting which was held at the Western Prelacy.
