On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, a vigil service took place at St. Mary’s Armenian Apostolic Church of Glendale, which was presided over by H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate, and members of the prelacy clergy. The vigil was performed for the safety of our soldiers and the existential being of our nation. During the service, hymns and prayers were lifted up for the ceasing of the war in Armenian and Artsakh.

In his speech, the Prelate stated, “From the start of the war, our Armenian sons and daughters lent a helping hand to Armenia. That help is not confined only to the beginning of the war; rather it is a beginning of a new era of aid towards Armenia and Artsakh.”

The service came to an end by the singing of “Der Voghormia.”
