– PONTIFICAL BLESSING
On Sunday, July 2, 2023, H.G. Bishop Torkom Donoyan, Prelate, on the occasion of Sts. Dertad and Ashkhen, celebrated Divine Liturgy at the Armenian Church of Crescenta Valley. Rev. Fr. Ghevont Kirazian and Rev. Fr. Arsen Kassabian assisted on the Altar. The Church choir was conducted by Mr. Berj Kirazian.
The Bishop expressed glory God and congratulated His Holiness Aram I., Catholicos of the Holy See of Cilicia, for the 28th anniversary of his election and consecration as Catholicos, and conducted the Pontifical prayer. Thereafter, Bishop Donoyan announced that in due time “Holy Archangels Church” in La Crescenta will be the new place of worship for the parishioners, also he expressed that this new House of God will be a new door of blessings especially in the life of the Armenians of the region.
In conclusion, the Prelate blessed the faithful, highly commended the Board of Trustees and all those who contribute for the betterment of the Church.
Also, it is important to note that the Pontifical prayer was delivered throughout all the Western Prelacy Churches.
