
VAHAN AND ANOUSH CHAMLIAN ARMENIAN SCHOOL
On Saturday, June 14, 2025, by the directive of H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Prelate of the Western Prelacy of the United States, Very Rev. Fr. Zareh Sarkissian, Dean of St. Mary’s Armenian Apostolic Church of Glendale, along with parish pastors Rev. Fr. Megerditch Keshishian and Rev. Fr. Movses Shannakian, attended the kindergarten, elementary, and middle school graduation ceremonies of Vahan and Anoush Chamlian Armenian School. The ceremonies were held at the Glendale High School auditorium.
The kindergarten graduation began at 10:00 a.m., followed by the sixth grade graduation at 12:30 p.m., with prayers led by Rev. Fr. Megerditch Keshishian and Rev. Fr. Movses Shannakian. The middle school graduation took place at 2:30 p.m., with prayers offered by Very Rev. Fr. Zareh Sarkissian and Rev. Fr. Movses Shannakian.
On behalf of H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Very Rev. Fr. Sarkissian conveyed his blessings and congratulations to the entire Chamlian school community on the school’s 50th anniversary and congratulated the graduates, who proudly marked this milestone and were honored as the “50th Anniversary Class” of Vahan and Anoush Chamlian Armenian School.
LEVON AND HASMIG TAVLIAN ARMENIAN PRESCHOOL AND KINDERGARTEN OF PASADENA
On the afternoon of Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., the young kindergarten students of Levon and Hasmig Tavlian Preschool and kindergarten in Pasadena celebrated their graduation and received their first diplomas at a ceremony held at the Pasadena Armenian Church of the Nazarene. Representing H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Archpriest Fr. Gomidas Torossian, Pastor of St. Mary’s Armenian Apostolic Church of Glendale, presented diplomas to the young graduates.
Archpriest Fr. Gomidas Torossian offered his blessings and warm congratulations to the graduates and their families and expressed his appreciation to the Preschool’s Director, staff, and all those dedicated to supporting and advancing the educational mission of Levon and Hasmig Tavlian Preschool and Kindergarten and the Armenian community in Pasadena.
HOLY MARTYRS MARIE CABAYAN ARMENIAN SCHOOL
On Sunday, June 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., the kindergarten and elementary students of Holy Martyrs Marie Cabayan Armenian School joyfully celebrated their graduation and received their diplomas. Representing H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Archpriest Fr. Razmig Khatchadourian, Pastor of Holy Martyrs Armenian Apostolic Church of Encino, led the graduation ceremony and presented diplomas to the graduating students.
Archpriest Fr. Khatchadourian expressed his appreciation to both graduating classes for their hard work and congratulated the graduates, their families, the school’s principal, faculty, and the wider school community for their commitment and support. Archpriest Fr. Khatchadourian offered his fatherly blessings and warm wishes to the graduating students as they continue on their educational journey.
