The Prelates of the three Armenian Prelacies of North America, His Eminences Archbishop Anoushavan Tanielian, of the Eastern United States, and Archbishop Papken Tcharian, of the Prelacy of Canada, and His Grace Bishop Torkom Donoyan, of the Western United States, invite their communities to continue their noble campaign of assistance to the Armenians of Lebanon with concerted efforts.

In response to the appeal by His Holiness Catholicos Aram I, a new impulse for community efforts is required to succor the Lebanese Armenian community, the heart and soul of the Diaspora, which for decades has been a source of vitality and renewal for all our communities.

The three Prelates express their readiness and unreserved support to the collective efforts to get the Lebanese Armenians back on their feet and urge every daughter and son of their respective communities to undertake practical steps to provide moral and material help, in unity and with renewed dedication, in the same way that they have done in the past. They will illuminate the darkened lives of our Lebanese Armenian brothers and sisters with a ray of hope to overcome the current indescribable crisis.
