Round Table Held At The Western Prelacy

H.E. Archbishop Kegham Khacherian, Prelate of the Western Prelacy of the United States, presided over a round table on ‘Foundational Questions and Landmarks in the Formation of the Western Armenian World,’ held Wednesday evening, February 25, 2026, in the Dikran and Zarouhi Der Ghazarian Hall at the Western Prelacy/ The keynote speaker was Dr. Seda Tatoian (from New York).

The round table was attended by a group of invited guests (intellectuals, directors, lecturers, editors, writers, and journalists), including the Dean of St. Mary’s Church of Glendale, Very Rev. Zareh Sarkissian.

The topics discussed at the round table will be published in a series authored by Prof. Tatoian and released by the Western Prelacy So far, the series has produced two volumes: the first dedicated to St. Nerses Shnorhali, the second to St. Hovhannes Odznetsi. The third volume, which is the most extensive, presents the political and cultural life of the Western Armenian world during its first landmark period (10th–15th centuries).
